CBSE Class 10th & 12th board results to be Declared by July 15, exams are optional for Students

26/June/2020 [Saturday]: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has finally announced The official date of their 10th and 12th board classes result and according to their notification the results will be out by 15th of July based upon Assessment Scheme approved by Supreme Court of India. 

Under the Assessment Scheme, these are the four different condition which is going to follow by CBSE to prepare results of Both 10th & 12th class Students. 

  • For the Students, who have completed and given all their examinations, their result will be declared based on their performance in the examinations.
  • For the Students, who have appeared in the examination in more than 3 subjects, the average of the marks obtained in the best three performing subjects will be awarded in the subjects whose examination have not been conducted. 
  • For the Students, who have appeared in the examination in only 3 subjects, the average of the marks obtained in the best two performing subjects will be awarded in the subjects whose examination have not been conducted. 
  • For the Students, who have appeared in the examination in 1 or 2 subjects. Their result will be declared based on their performance in appeared subjects and in internal/practical/project assessments and these students will be allowed to appear in the optional examinations to improve their performance if they desired to do so. 


However, CBSE has given class 12th Student an option to appear for examination if they are not satisfied with their marks which they have obtained through Assessment Scheme of CBSE and this optional examination will help students to improve their performance if they wanted so.
