Nirbhaya Case: Delhi Court issues Death warrant to all 4 Convicts on 22 January at Tihar Jail

Nirbhaya gang-rape convicts will be hanged after court notice.

New Delhi: A Delhi Court has issued the final decision on Nirbhaya gang-rape and murder case, death warrant has been issued by Delhi court and on January 22 at 7Am in Tihar Jail execution of hanging all four prisoners will happen.

Nirbhaya's mother Asha Devi said “My Daughter has got justice, Execution of the 4 convicts will empower the women of the country. This decision will strengthen the trust of people in the judicial system”.

Judge Satish Kumar Arora who has issued death warrants against convicts, and on other side convicts lawyer AP Singh said that they will file a petition in SC.
