Chinmayanand Case: Law Student who Accused Chinmayanand is sent to 14-Days Custody by the court

Himachal Pradesh:  On Wednesday the Law student from Lucknow who accused the former Union minister and BJP MLA Chinmayanand over rape and sexual assault case is arrested by Special Investigation Team today at 9:15 am from his house after SIT find evidence that shows she has demand Chinmayanand Rs 5 crore as extortion money.

After SIT arrested the Law student, the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Vineet Kumar sent her for 14 days Judicial Custody to investigate the situation, according to SIT Cheif Naveen Arora who told the reporters that " We have enough evidence of Rs 5 core extortion money was demanded from chinmayanand "  and SIT also arrested three other students who were in touch with law student and their statements say that she has demanded money from chinmayanand.

The special investigation team has sent Mobile Phone call records and their location which shows that total four, One law student and three other of its friends were together and was in touch from the last couple of days, and according to Naveen Arora chief of SIT the three of  its friends has accepted that they and law student is involved in extortion and demand money from chinmayanand.
