Bihar Government Put Bihar on Red alert after heavy rain | Live Updates

Himachal Pradesh: On Saturday Bihar government put Bihar most of the place in red alert because most of the places of Bihar has been covering by rainwater and rain has started from Friday night and till now its unstoppable, deputy CM of Bihar MR. Sushil Kumar Modi tweeted on Saturday and announced that red alert has been sounded and trucks and buses have been arranged for rescuing people from urban areas.

According to India Meteorological Department (IDM) who says that conditions will be improved by October 3 and heavy rainfall in central east, the north-east and south-east area of Bihar will be occurring in next 48 hours.

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar also held a meeting with DMs of various districts where the water level is high and instruct  DMs for setting up relief camps in case water level rise and heavy rainfall happen, and over 1 Crore of pollution in 23 districts of Bihar is affected by flood presently.

Talking more about rainwater level then more than 204mm occurred in Vaishali district and Nawada on Saturday and 175 mm rainfall in Samastipur district, while Bhagalpur recorded 134 mm and Patna have recorded 98 mm rainfall.
