Indian Supreme court on this Tuesday issued a contempt notice to congresses president Rahul Gandhi against his comment and remarks on Rafale deals and His words saying Chkodar Chor Ha.
Rahul Gandhi Response that PM Narendra Modi and Mukesh Ambani has done some fraud in Rafale deal and they charge some other obligation on Pm Narendra Modi while his rallies during elections, The word of Rahul Gandhi was not satisfied by the supreme court and in this matter Supreme court issued a disregard Notice against Rahul Gandhi on this Tuesday.
Along with That overall supreme court reject Rahul Gandhi request to close criminal contempt petition which was made by him, meanwhile, more review on this petition will be also heard on the same date, this petition was made by MP Meenakshi lekhi which will also be discussed by Cheif Justice Rajan Gogoi on 30, April 2019
